LIFE DOESN'T ALWAYS GO AS PLANNED...
What are you still carrying?
This course is for you if…
If you’re out of the storm but not yet free, you’re in the right place.
-
You wake up replaying what someone said or did, and you can’t seem to turn it off.
-
You talk to yourself more harshly than you’d ever talk to a friend.
-
You’re still waiting for an apology you may never get.
-
You haven’t forgiven yourself for choices you regret.
-
Fear is keeping you from pursing your dreams.
-
You’ve lost sight of who you are, and you’re ready to find her again.

Altregia Jordan
Speaker, Author, and Christ-Centered Life Coach
Hi, I’m Rev. Altregia Jordan, a speaker, author, Christ-centered life coach, and the founder of Altregia Jordan Ministries. I’ve walked through divorce, rebuilt my life while raising four daughters, and learned firsthand that the pain we carry doesn’t have to define us. Today I help women navigate life’s difficult seasons and emerge healed, whole, and free. Lay It Down is grounded in my Christian faith, and each week includes Scripture and prayer. Whatever your background or beliefs, you are welcome here.
Questions You May Have
-
How much time will this take?
About 15–20 minutes for each week’s video, plus 12–15 minutes each morning for the daily routine. Give each week a full seven days. Healing isn’t a race.
-
When does it start?
As soon as you enroll. It’s self-paced, so you begin whenever you’re ready.
-
How long do I have access?
You’ll have lifetime access, so you can come back to it whenever you notice you’re carrying something again.
-
Do I have to be a Christian to take this course?
No. The course is grounded in my Christian faith and includes Scripture and prayer, but every woman is welcome, whatever her background.
-
Is this counseling or therapy?
No. Lay It Down is a faith-based personal growth course, not a substitute for counseling or medical care. If you’re in an unsafe situation or a crisis, please reach out to a licensed counselor, or call or text 988 (in the U.S.) first.
-
What if I want more support?
At the end of the course, I’ll share ways we can keep walking together, including one-on-one coaching through my Healing & Wholeness Journey.
